Hello everyone,

My name is Justine, I am the one holding the baby in the picture. Nice to meet you all and thanks for your interest in our site.

First, let me tell you a little bit more about me and my family. When my brother and sister died, around the year 2015, leaving behind their children Alvin, Venancio and Resty to be cared for by my 71-year-old mother, Peternoria, I decided to take the responsibility of raising them. 

 

I also have two little girls of my own, Decent and Darling, therefore, right now I have 5 kids under my care!

I am an English primary teacher but unfortunately my salary, cannot really afford all my mother, daughters, nephews and niece’s expenses. As the children are growing, the school fees are too. So now, it is particularly hard for me to manage all of them costs of food, doctors, school fees and material, etc.

 

I told Sara, a Spanish volunteer here in Uganda, about our story.  She then decided to try helping us to start a Go Fund Me campaign.

 

The campaign idea is to raise 3,706 € to start a project which profits would be used to pay school fees for all these children independently of their orphan status.

 

To meet the school fees obligations for next academic year, its necessary to start the project on the 1st of August 2019 at the latest.

This is why, the last day to donate would be the 7th of July 2019.

The reason for creating this website, is to give access to donors to a more detailed information of the project if they wish to learn more about the story, prove its authenticity or follow the progress of the family.
